This dialog only shows up when you’ve exhausted your template quota. A template is a combination of Branding and Styles. So, basically, you can have 3 brands set with 3 templates and if you are seeing this message, you are probably not able to upload your logo or Intro/Outro visuals.

First off, we recommend you look at your Subscription page to see how many templates you had vs how many templates you have left.

You get 10 templates on a Professional plan and 3 on a Starter plan.

If you are on a Standard plan and you need more branding options, and therefore more templates, you can upgrade to a Premium plan to get more templates. If you don't want to upgrade your plan or you're already on a Premium plan, please follow the steps below to get more templates.

You can get rid of the "Oops" dialog box in 2 ways.

Method 1: To delete templates

Step 1: Click on 'Edit or delete templates'

Step 2: Click on the ‘change template’ icon

Step 3: Go to My Templates and hover over the three dots to delete templates

We recommend that you delete all the unnecessary templates so you can make room for new ones.

Method 2: To edit templates

Step 1: Click on 'Edit or delete templates'

Step 2: Click on ‘change template’ icon

Step 3: Go to 'My Templates' and switch to an existing ‘My Template’, and edit the branding there.

Following these steps will free up your template quota and give you access to more templates so you can go on editing your videos.
