If you're using your speaker notes, here are five quick tips to make them video-ready:

1. Ensure every slide has speaker notes

When speaker notes are enabled, our AI won't analyze slide content to generate text, so slides without notes will be left blank. Be sure to include speaker notes for all slides if you're using this option. And if you miss something—you can edit the text in the storyboard later.

2. Perfect your punctuation

Ensure you add sentence-ending punctuation, such as periods, exclamation marks, and question marks, to each slide as needed. Clear punctuation helps the AI understand where sentences begin and end, resulting in a more natural-sounding narration. Double-check your spelling and grammar, as the AI will narrate exactly what’s written.

3. Write for speaking

Make your notes conversational, as if you're talking directly to your audience. Use natural language and avoid complex sentences that might sound awkward when spoken. Your goal is to create a narration that flows naturally and engages your audience.

4. Keep it concise

Try to limit yourself to two sentences per slide maximum. Break up longer sentences into shorter ones to maintain a natural pace in the narration. This helps prevent scenes from becoming overwhelmed with unnecessary text and keeps your audience engaged.

5. Add special instructions
