What are AI Credits?
AI Credits are a new, unified currency within our platform designed to simplify how you access various AI-powered features. Instead of purchasing separate add-ons, you now have a single pool of AI Credits for a range of generative AI capabilities. 🤖
What Can I Use AI Credits For?
Initially, AI Credits can be used for creating Generative AI Images.
In the near future, we'll be expanding the use of AI Credits to include powerful new features like Generative AI Video and AI Avatars. Stay tuned for updates!
How AI Credits Work
Credits Included in Your Plan
The following plans now come with a monthly allowance of AI Credits to get you started.
Free Trial: 5 AI Credits One time
Pro Plan: 50 AI Credits per month
Teams Plan: 50 AI Credits per month, per seat
Example Usage: 50 AI Credits can generate approximately 25 premium images or 80 basic images.
Credit Consumption & Rate Card
Different AI features consume a different number of credits. As below

Credit Renewal and Expiry
Your AI Credits quota (from your base plan + any add-on) resets on a quota reset date as below. Unused credits from one cycle do not roll over to the next.
Monthly Plans: Credits reset on your monthly renewal date.
Annual Plans: Credits reset on the same date of month your subscription started (e.g., if you subscribed on the 15th, your credits would reset on the 15th of every month).
AI Credits for Teams
For Teams plans, AI Credits are pooled at the workspace level. The total number of credits is determined by the number of seats in your plan (e.g., 5 seats x 50 credits/seat = 250 total credits for the team per month). Any member of the team can use credits from this shared pool.
Purchasing Additional AI Credits
Need more credits? You can purchase a recurring monthly credit pack add-on at any time. Discounts available on Yearly Plans.

Managing Your Credit Add-on
You can upgrade or downgrade your credit pack from your "Subscription" page.
Upgrading Your Credit Pack
Upgrades are effective immediately. Your new credit limit is available right away, and you are charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing cycle.
Use Case: Monthly Customer Upgrade
Scenario: Your plan and 500-credit add-on ($25) renew on the 15th. On the 20th, you upgrade to the 1500-credit pack ($70).
Action: Your credit quota immediately increases to 1500. You'll pay a prorated charge for the difference for the rest of the month. On your next renewal (the 15th), you'll be billed the full $70 for the new pack.
Downgrading Your Credit Pack
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Use Case: Downgrade
Scenario: You have a 1500-credit add-on and decide to downgrade to the 500-credit pack.
Action: You keep your 1500 credits until your plan's next renewal date. At that point, your quota will be adjusted to 500 credits, and you will be billed the new, lower price going forward.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What happens to my Eleven Labs minutes? The Eleven Labs quota system will remain separate.
What is NOT covered by AI Credits? Features like PPT Content Extraction, Smart Templates, Transcription, and Copilot are not part of the AI Credits system and remain available as part of your base plan.
Can Free users buy credit add-ons? No, credit add-ons can only be purchased by users with an active paid subscription (Standard, Pro, Teams, etc.).
