How It Works
The Pictory Chrome Extension offers a seamless experience for capturing content and creating videos.
Installation and Activation
Visit the Chrome Web Store to install the Pictory Chrome Extension. Pin it to your Extension toolbar
Invoke the extension on the webpage whose content you would like to capture
Click on the Generate video script button, this may scroll up the page to collect additional content in case of pagination.
Once done you will be redirected to the Pictory Web App. If not already signed up, you can sign up and login now
After Login you will land on the Convert URL to a video flow.
Confirm that we got the right URL
Provide additional information about the video type and a prompt to describe your video’s main topic
Press on Generate script to land on the script editor from where you can tweak the script and generate the video
Please note, we will carry through images extracted from your page to the storyboard and place them on some of the scenes as the background. You can also see all the images we have extracted by visiting the Visuals / Library menu and checking on URL only

You can also begin the flow from your familiar Pictory dashboard by clicking on the URL to Video
