For Avatar Clone

To create your personal video avatar, you need to provide a video recording where you clearly state the following:

"I, ____________, hereby allow HeyGen to use the footage of me to build a HeyGen Avatar for use on the HeyGen platform."

  • Further Instructions: For detailed guidelines on how to record this video, please refer to HeyGen's recording guide.

  • Data Privacy: This consent footage is passed directly to HeyGen for processing and is not stored on Pictory’s servers.

For Voice Clone

To create an audio only clone of your voice, you must provide an audio recording stating the following:

"I, [your full name], hereby allow Pictory to use my voice recording to create an audio clone for use on the Pictory platform."

  • Data Privacy: This audio recording is stored securely with Pictory; however, it is not used for any training purposes
