Do you have a blog, research paper, news article of product review you wish to make a video out of? You can use our 'Article to video' tool to do this and all you need is the URL of the webpage to get started.

Before we get started, if you are unsure what qualifies as an article link, no worries, here's more details on what type of links work for the 'Article to video' tool.

With that out of the way, here's a step-by-step guide on how to turn your articles into videos.
โ€‹

1. On the homepage, click the box labeled 'Article to Video'.

2. Paste the URL/link you wish to turn into a video. Then, click 'Generate video' to continue to the next step.

3. Our system will process the entered URL and summarize the content on the next page using our AI-powered abstractive summarization service.

4. The source article will be displayed on the left and the abstractive summary which is a concise and video-ready format will be displayed, on the left, already broken down into scenes.

5. You can add and delete scenes from the summarized version on the right.

6. Simply select any sentence you wish to add from the source article and it will be added to the summarized version on the right.

  • Selected sentences are highlighted in green for easy identification.

7. To manually unselect sentences, just click the X icon, or on the left select the scene and hit the delete icon on the right on the scene you want to delete.

8. In addition to adding and deleting scenes, you can also edit the text on the summary screen just by clicking on the text.

9. To reorder scenes, use the icon next to the scene. Drag and drop to the new position.

10. (Optional step) - Adjust the scene settings

Scene settings give us the option to adjust how the scenes in your video will be formed based on keywords and visual selection. Both settings are turned on by default.

  • Auto highlight keywords - When selected, AI picks keywords from your article summary. When turned off, you manually can select the keywords.

  • Auto visual selection - When selected, AI will pick images based on the keywords. When turned off, you will need to manually pick your own visuals for each scene.

11. Once you have adjusted the summary to your liking, click 'Next' in the top right to continue to proceed to the storyboard where you can customize and download your final video.
