Do you want to share multiple assets at once without going through the hassle of sharing them one after the other? Let's show you how to go about it.

How to share multiple projects:

1. First off, ensure you are in the team's workspace and not your personal workspace.

2. Click on the 'Team projects' at the top of the page.

3. On the projects page, hover above any project and mark the checkbox on the projects you want to share.

4. After selecting the projects you want to share, click the 'Share' button on the left panel as shown below.

5. On the pop-up, search for or click the name of the team member(s) you want to share the asset with or simply click on the team name to share the asset with everyone on your team.

6. Once that is done, click the 'Share' button on the pop-up to share the assets.

How to share multiple visuals:

  • Start by opening any project to be taken to the storyboard.

  • On the storyboard, go to the 'Visuals tab' >> 'My uploads'.

  • Hover above any uploaded visual and mark the checkbox on the visual you want to share.

  • Once you have selected the visuals you want to share, click the 'Share selected' button as highlighted below.

  • On the pop-up, search for or click the name of the team member(s) you want to share the visual with or simply click on the team name to share the asset with everyone on your team.

  • Once that is done, click the 'Share' button on the pop-up to share the selected visuals.

How to share multiple audio files:

  • Start by opening any project to be taken to the storyboard.

  • On the storyboard, go to the 'Audio' tab > 'My uploads'.

  • Hover above the uploaded audio files you want to share and mark the checkbox on them.

  • Once you have selected the files you want to share, click the 'Share selected' button as highlighted below.

  • On the pop-up, search for or click the name of the team member(s) you want to share the recordings with or simply click on the team name to share the asset with everyone on your team.

  • Once that is done, click the 'Share' button on the pop-up to share the selected audio files.

Please note:

  • The share dialog box will always indicate the number of selected assets (as seen below where it says 'share 5 projects'). This is to ensure that you are cognizant of the number of assets you checked and want to share.

  • Assets can only be shared by the owners. This means if an asset is shared with you by another team member, you will be restricted from sharing that asset with another team member.

  • All shared assets can be easily identified with the 'Shared with' icon as indicated below:

  • You can click this icon to see a list of the team members the asset is shared with.

  • Shared assets owned by you will not have a name label but shared assets owned by another team member will have a name label indicating which user owns the asset.

  • As seen in the screenshot below, there are two boxes highlighted in red. Assets in the first box, although shared, are owned by the user so there is no indication of who owns them. Assets in the second highlighted box have a 'By Mmek Six' label, indicating that the shared assets belong to and were shared by Mmek Six.
