Do you have one or more scenes you want to delete from your video? Follow these simple steps to remove unwanted scenes easily.
How to delete a scene
On the storyboard, on the right side of the screen. go to the scene bar below the viewport.
Find the delete button at the right end of the scene bar.
Click the button to delete the current scene in the viewport.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select 'Delete' to confirm and delete the scene.
Once confirmed, the current scene will be deleted from our video.
How to delete multiple scenes
Select all the scenes you want to delete. To do this, hold down 'Ctrl' (or 'Cmd' on Mac) on your keyboard and click on each scene you wish to delete.
You can make your selections on either the story tab or the scene strip.
Once all desired scenes are selected, go to the delete button at the right end of the scene bar.
Click the button to delete all selected scenes.
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Select 'Delete' to confirm and delete all selected scenes.
Once confirmed, the selected scenes will be deleted from your video.
