When is my subscription plan renewed?
All Pictory plans are set to automatically renew when the current subscription expires, as per your billing cycle.
When is my video quota renewed?
Quotas renew on the first of every month. This means you get a reset on the number of videos and video transcription hours per month, depending on your current plan. However, the number of brands you get is set and that number isn’t renewed.
How to check your current plan?
To check when your current plan will expire and other details regarding your subscription plan, go to your name and click on “My subscriptions”.
How to cancel auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal on Pictory is on by default. To opt out of auto-renewal, go to your name > My account > Billing. Then click on "Cancel" to cancel auto-renewal. This way, when your current billing cycle is up, you won't be charged until you manually resubscribe.
What happens if you don't renew?
If you don't renew your subscription after it expires, you will no longer be able to access the projects you created on that account, as they will automatically be deleted. Nonetheless, you can pause your subscription at $1 per month until you renew your subscription.
