The Pause Subscription is very useful if you wish to keep your account and data from being cancelled when not in use.
To pause your subscription, please do the following:
Log in to your Pictory account. Go to the profile icon and from the drop-down, click on 'My account' if you are in the personal workspace or 'Manage account' If you are in the team's workspace,
On the accounts pages, switch to the Billing tab. And then click 'Cancel' as seen below.
On the next step, you will be prompted to select a reason for cancellation. Pick one.
Click the 'Pause my subscription' button and you will be charged a small amount of $1 per month for as long as the account is paused.
