Adding a logo to your video is quick and easy with Pictory. Here is how you can get it done.

  • Start by creating a brand kit. If you've already created one, proceed to the next step.

  • Navigate to the brands' page by clicking 'Brand kits' on the header.

  • Select the brand to which you want to add an intro visual and click on it to access the brand's editing page.

  • On the brand editing page, go to the first section which is labelled "Logos."

  • Click on 'Upload' to add the logos you wish to use in your videos.

  • Once the logo is uploaded. You will see a preview of how it will look in your video on the 'Brand designer' on the right side of the page.

  • You can adjust the opacity and position of the logo by editing it on the brand designer. Simply click on the logo on the designer to get started with editing to your preference.

  • Please note that:

    • Although you can upload as many logos as you like, only one logo will be considered as the default logo. To set the default logo, just click on it and a 'star'. icon will be displayed on it to denote it as the default logo,

    • How your logo appears in the designer is how it will look in your video, although you can always modify this later.

  • Changes made on this page are automatically saved.

From this point forward, when you create a new project, simply apply this brand, and your default logo will be automatically applied to the video.

You can also set a brand as default so that that brand is automatically applied to all your new projects without any input from your end. For more detailed information on setting a brand as the default, please refer to this article.
