Sometimes, you may want to add pauses or delays to AI narration to place emphasis on certain parts for a more natural and realistic speech delivery.

Here's how you can apply pauses to your videos:

1. On the storyboard, make sure you've added an AI voiceover to your video. After previewing the video, you'll have a better understanding of where you might need to add pauses and delays.

2. When you've identified where you want a pause, go to the story tab and select the scene you want to fix.

3. Place the cursor immediately after the word where you wish to add a pause. Click the pause icon at the top right corner of the screen. Note that you must apply a voiceover first before you can add a pause.

4. This will open the pause pop-up. You can enter a preset duration or set a custom duration for the pause. The upper limit is 3 seconds, and the lower limit is 0.5 seconds.

5. Once a pause is added, it will be indicated with a duration tag next to the word. You'll need to update your voiceover to ensure the pause is applied. You can do this by clicking 'Preview' or 'Apply changes' on the voiceover tab.

6. Your customizations are only visible to you and will not be reflected in the text that appears on the scene in the video.
