If you want to apply animations across multiple text boxes on multiple scenes without doing it one by one, here’s how you can do that:
First off, ensure you have applied the animation to a textbox on the viewport. Here's how you can apply text animations.
To Copy and Paste the Animation on a Single Text Box:
After applying your preferred animation, go to the slider at the bottom of the tab.
Click the ‘Copy animation’ button.
3. Navigate to the scene with the text box where you want to paste the animation.
4. On that scene, select the text box and press Cmd/Ctrl + V to paste the animation.
The animation will be applied to the text box, and you can continue with your video editing as needed.
To Copy and Paste the Animation on Multiple Text Boxes:
To apply the animation to multiple text boxes, go to the slider at the bottom of the tab and click the ‘Bulk apply’ button.
A second bar will open where you can choose which text boxes to apply the animation to.
3. In the first dropdown, select one of the following options:
All story text - Applies the animation to all story text boxes. (Story text boxes contain the script and are narrated by the voiceover. The script appears in the story tab).
All decor text - Applies the animation to all decor text boxes. (Decor text boxes are for decorative purposes and are not narrated by the voiceover. These can be added from the ‘Text’ tab on the left menu.)
4. In the second dropdown, select one of the following options:
All scenes - Applies the animation to the selection in all scenes.
This scene - Applies the animation to the selection in the current scene only.
The animation will be applied to your selection, and you can continue with your video editing as needed.
